Summer Camp 2017, here we come!
Chef & Food Service Director, Tom Heilman*, has prepared the 2017 Summer Camp menu, which has been reviewed and approved by Carolyn Sagle, RD, LD – Registered Dietician at WVU East. We know enjoying meals together helps to create a sense of community and comfort at camp, as well as to nourish campers’ bodies. We look forward to “breaking bread” together soon!
*Tom comes to us with many years of dining service experience at Sutton Place Gourmet, Nordstrom, and Culinary Service Group—and we are delighted to have him on staff!
